摘要
运用高效液相色谱法对锦州及下辖4个县出售的7个批次参松养心胶囊中成分之一的山茱萸的含量进行对比分析,了解冠心病常用药参松养心胶囊的质量情况。结果显示锦州地区及下辖4个县抽检的参松养心胶囊中山茱萸的含量均达到了中国药典2010版的要求。
The content of fructus corni, as one of the components in the 7 batches of shensong yangxin capsules sold by Jinzhou and 4 counties under its jurisdiction was compared and analyzed by the high performance liquid chromatography to know the quality of common drugs of coronary heart disease shensong yangxin capsules. The results display that content of fructus corni in the extracted shensong yangxin capsules sold by Jinzhou and 4 counties under its jurisdiction reached the requirement of Chinese pharmacopoeia 2010.
