模拟教学法在产科临床见习教学中的应用研究

Application Research on Simulation Teaching in the Clinical Practice Teaching in the Department of Obstetrics

随着人们医疗安全意识的提高和维权意识的增强,以及妇产科检查的特殊性,在患者身上操作受限,制约了学生临床实践能力的培养,寻求一条行之有效的临床教学途径就显得非常重要。当前产科见习带教教学存在的主要问题是带教中患者不够配合、带教典型病例选择困难和利用患者教学影响患者对医院的满意度。现阶段,国内有不少医学院校所进行的产科技能教学,正逐渐以局部功能操作模型来替代基础性解剖应用模型,并朝着计算机交互式模型的方向在发展。产科带教质量须考核的内容及相关标准,应按照《实习医生三基手册》中给出的规范要求来考核。在以后的见习教学中,应按照教学大纲中的规定,积极考虑借助计算机交互式分娩模型与急救演示模型,来逐步改善阴道分娩机转和有关理论内容的模拟见习,这也是今后产科模拟教学的发展方向。

The improvement of medical safety awareness and enhancement of right awareness and specificity of examination in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics restrict the cultivation of clinical practice abilities of students, therefore, it is very important to search for a feasible clinical teaching route, currently, the issues in the teaching of trainees in the department of obstetrics mainly are failing to cooperate with the patients, difficult selection of teaching typical cases and how to affect the patients＇ satisfactory degree by using the teaching, at present, basic anatomical model is gradually replaced by the local function operation model in many medical colleges, and develops towards the computer interactive model, and the teaching quality examination content and related standards in the department of obstetrics should be based on the regulations of practice doctors three basic handbook, in the future practice teaching, we should gradually improve the practice of vaginal delivery mechanism and related theoretical contents by using the computer interactive delivery model and emergency demonstration model according to the regulations of teaching outline, which is also the development direction of the simulation teaching in the department of obstetrics in future.
