能力本位背景下高职院校课程建设标准研究

Research on Course Construction Standards in the Higher Vocational School under the Competence-based Background

近些年来,我国大力推行人才培养模式改革,并且针对职业教育,提出"能力本位"的人才培养要求。在教学过程当中,传授知识体系内容不再是教学的根本目的,而是将学生的实践能力以及综合运用能力作为衡量教学水平的根本与标准。在此背景之下,该文就将针对高职院校课程建设现状展开分析和探究,深入研究未来高职院校应该如何适应能力本位的人才培养目标和方向,从而修改与制定课程标准体系,以期为相关的高职院校人才培养提供参考与帮助。

In recent years, our country greatly promotes the reform of talent cultivation model, and puts forwards the competence-based talent cultivation requirement, in the teaching course, teaching knowledge system and content is not the fundamental purpose of teaching, but the practice ability and overall application ability of students become the standards of teaching level, under this background, the paper analyzes and researches the status of course construction standards in the higher vocational school and deeply researches how to adapt to the competence-based talent cultivation aim and direction in the higher vocational school thus correcting and making the course standard system in order to provide reference and help for the talent cultivation of related higher vocational colleges.
