摘要 目的分析神经外科护生临床带教的实践及效果。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月在该院神经外科实习护生86名,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组43名。对照组护生采用传统的教学法带教,实验组护生通过PDG教学法进行带教,对比分析两组护生的理论考试成绩和操作技能以及教学效果评价。结果实验组护生理论考试成绩(90.42±4.26)分、操作技能成绩(91.36±3.48)分;对照组护生理论考试成绩(84.16±5.32)分、操作技能成绩(85.69±3.27)分。实验组护生学习兴趣、实践动手能力、学习能动性等方面与对照组护生相比,具有明显的差异性(P<0.05)。结论通过PDG方法可以有效提高神经外科护生的临床带教效果,护生的整体能力提升明显,值得临床广泛推广和应用。 Objective To analyze the practice and effect of clinical teaching of student nurses in the department of neurosurgery. Methods 86 cases of student nurses in the department of neurosurgery in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the control group adopted the traditional teaching method, while the experimental group adopted the PDG teaching method, and the theoretical examination score, operation skill and teaching effect evaluations of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The theoretical examination score and operation skill score were respectively(90.42±4.26) scores and(91.36±3.48) scores in the experimental group and(84.16±5.32) scores and(85.69±3.27) scores in the control group, and there were obvious differences in the learning interest, practice ability and learning initiative between the two groups by comparison(P〈0.05). Conclusion The PDG method can effectively improve the clinical teaching effect of student nurses in the department of neurosurgery and obviously improve the general ability of student nurses, which is worth wide promotion and application.
