输尿管软镜碎石护理满意度调查

Survey on Nursing Satisfactory Degree of Flexible Ureteroscope Detritus

目的通过输尿管软镜碎石手术的满意度调查,探讨高效的护理措施。方法选取2015年8月—2016年8月在该院接受输尿管软镜碎石手术的184例患者,并随机将184例患者进行平均分组,确保对照组、观察组的实际诊断治疗人数各为92例。其中,对照组患者只接受常规护理,而观察组患者接受针对性护理,对比并探讨两组患者护理的满意度。结果观察组有84例患者护理实际疗效良好,满意度达到91.30%;对照组60例患者护理实际疗效良好,满意度仅有65.22%。两组患者护理满意度对比差异有统计学意义,观察组患者护理实际疗效明显优于对照组。结论在输尿管软镜碎石手术期间采取针对性护理,能够减少并发症的发生几率,并加快患者康复效果,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effective nursing measures through the survey of the satisfaction degree of the flexible operation of the ureter. Methods 184 cases of patients with flexible ureteroscope detritus operation in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group（the practical treatment number was 92 cases） adopted the targeted nursing, and the nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups was compared and discussed. Results The practical curative effect of 84 cases of patients in the observation group was good, and the satisfactory degree reached 91.30%, and in the control group, the nursing practical curative effect of only 60 cases was good, and the satisfactory degree was only 65.22%, and the difference in the nursing satisfactory degree between the two groups was obvious with statistical significance by comparison, and the nursing practical curative effect in the observation group was obviously better than that in the control group. Conclusion The targeted nursing in the flexible ureteroscope detritus operation can reduce the occurrence probability of complications,accelerate the rehabilitation effect of patients and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients, which is worth clinical promotion.
