提高儿科桡动脉采血成功率的品管圈实践

Improving the Radial Artery Blood Collection Success Rate in the Department of Paediatrics

目的运用品管圈提高儿科桡动脉采血成功率。方法成立品管圈小组,确定研究主题,制定目标值,分析引起桡动脉穿刺失败的3个主要原因:护士穿刺培训不足,操作时紧张恐惧,穿刺时无具体定位方法。针对原因制定和落实整改措施:制定桡动脉穿刺技术培训制度,成立桡动脉穿刺技术培训考核小组;制定具体的培训计划,对全科护士进行理论和操作培训;进行科学的桡动脉穿刺定位法,可提高儿科桡动脉采血成功率。结果开展品管圈活动后,该科室桡动脉采血成功率由活动前的78%提高至95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动提高了儿科桡动脉采血成功率。

Objective To improve the radial artery blood collection success rate in the department of paediatrics by using the quality control circle. Methods The quality control circle group was established, and the research topics were determined, the target value was determined, and 3 main causes of radial artery puncture failure were insufficient nurse puncture training, nervous and fear at the time of operation and no specific orientation method at the time of puncture, and the rectification measures were made and implemented according to causes, and the radial artery puncture technical training system was made, the radial artery puncture training examination group was established, and the specific training plan was made,and the general nurses were given the theoretical and operation training, and the scientific radial artery puncture locating method can improve the radial artery blood collection success rate in the department of paediatrics. Results After the development of quality control circle, the success rate of radial artery blood collection in our department increased from 78% to95% with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The development of quality control circle improves the radial artery blood collection success rate in the department of paediatrics.
