摘要
目的探讨优质护理服务干预对抑郁症患者服药依从性和护理满意度。方法选取2015年3月—2016年5月包钢集团第三职工医院收治抑郁症患者64例作为研究对象,以不同的护理干预,分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=33),对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用优质护理服务干预,对比两组患者的临床服药依从性和护理满意度。结果经过护理后,对照组患者服药依从性为61.29%,观察组患者服药依从性为93.94%;且观察组患者的护理满意度96.97%优于对照组的77.42%,观察组优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对抑郁症患者进行优质护理服务干预,能够提高患者治疗的依从性,增强患者满意度,值得推荐。
Objective To study the effect of excellent nursing service intervention on medication compliance and nursing satisfactory degree of patients with depression. Methods 64 cases of depression patients admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing intervention, the control group(31 cases) adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the observation group adopted the excellent nursing service intervention, and the clinical medication compliance and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing, the medication compliance in the control group was 61.29% and 93.94%in the observation group, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group obviously better than that in the control group(96.97% vs 77.42%), and there were statistical differences by comparison(P〈0.05). Conclusion The excellent nursing service intervention for patients with depression can obviously improve the treatment compliance of patients and enhance the satisfactory degree of patients, which is worth recommendation.
