为了不断提高病人满意度,全面落实"尊重患者的生命价值,满足患者的个性需要"的人文服务理念,门诊一站式服务中心不断深化服务内涵,提升服务品质,近年来不断创新相继推出了"三米问候、三勤关怀、三爱温馨"等人文服务内容,用润物细无声的人文关怀展现"以病人为中心"的服务宗旨,建设人民满意医院。该文从门诊服务实用角度着重论述基于社会主义核心价值观为核心的人民医院人文文化建设的举措,探讨在门诊服务中践行的人文创新举措在医院文化建设和促进医患关系中的价值和作用。
In order to constantly improve the satisfactory degree of patients, comprehensively implement the humanistic service notion of respecting the life value of patients and satisfying the individual demands of patients, the outpatient onestop service center constantly deepens the service connation and improves the service quality, in recent years, we have constructed the satisfactory hospital by constantly innovating the sanmi greeting, sanqin care and sanai warm humanistic service contents, and showing the patient-oriented service purpose by the quiet humanistic care, the paper especially elaborates the measures of humanistic culture construction based on the core values of Chinese socialism in view of the practice in the outpatient service and studies the value and effect of humanistic innovation measures in the outpatient service in the hospital cultural construction and promoting the doctor-patient relationship.
