老年糖尿病患者家庭护理研究

Research on Family Nursing of Senile Patients with Diabetes

糖尿病是老年人常见慢性病,随着我国人口老龄化趋势的加剧,老年糖尿病患者也在逐年增加。糖尿病已成为继艾滋病、心脑血管疾病、肿瘤之后危害人类健康的第四大疾病,给社会和家庭造成极大的危害。老年糖尿病患者大部分时间在家中治疗,对家庭依赖性极强,患者需要长时间的家庭护理及自我保健。由于老年人记忆力减退,学习新知识的能力下降,加上主观意识增强,治疗护理方案难以长期坚持,需要护士对糖尿病患者本人及家庭给予一定的指导。现对老年糖尿病患者家庭护理内容进行综述。

Elderly patients need the long family nursing and self-care, due to the memory loss of senile patients, decrease of ability to learn new knowledge and enhancement of subjective awareness, the treatment nursing plan is difficult to insist on for a long term, which needs nurses to give a certain guidance for the diabetes patients and their family, and the paper elaborates the family nursing contents of senile patients with diabetes.
