Technocracy on the Impact of Traditional Skills Learned in Ethnic Minority Areas——As a Case of Southeast Yunnan Marginalized Areas

技术统治论是现代西方最具代表性的几大哲学社会思潮之一。其伴随着工业革命而兴起,对近现代社会产生了空前绝后的软性温床式影响,在全世界兴起了前所未有的唯技术论浪潮。哈贝马斯认为其是一种"意识形态",对全世界充满着强大的诱惑力。作为东方独具一格的文明承载体——中国,受其深刻影响难以例外。中国边缘化民族地区的传统技能面临的断代性传承困境与危机亦和其关系密切。本研究以滇东南民族地区为考察对象,分析了技术统治论对边缘化民族地区传统技能传承之实质影响。

Technocracy is the most representative of the modern western philosophy and the social ideological trend.It is accompanied by the industrial revolution and the rise of the modern society,and has produced unprecedented a hotbed of soft type,in an unprecedented wave of only techno-enabled rise around the world.Habermas thinks that it is a kind of ＂ideology＂,the world is full of powerful allure.Came as the Oriental civilization of bearing-China,influenced by its deep natural are no exception.It is also closely related to the traditional skills that China marginalized minority areas to date the inheritance of crisis and dilemma.Therefore,this study analyzes the technocracy on the impact of traditional skills learned in marginalized ethnic minority areas of Southeast Yunnan.
