Theoretical Research and Practical Exploration of Productive Training Base Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges

在阐述生产性实训特征及基地建设模式基础上,通过生产性基地建设的哲学基础和理论依据对其进行理论研究,并从校企联合开展生产性实训基地建设初期建设、完善和优化课程体系建设以及实现岗位需求与实践项目的无缝衔接等方面对高职院校生产性实训基地建设进行探索。

Based on statement of productive practice characteristics and base construction mode, the theoretical research is carried out through philosophical basis and theoretical foundation of productive training base construction. Exploration is carried out from the following points：the early stages of college-enterprise cooperation construction, improvement and optimization of the curriculum system construction, realization of seamless cohesion between position requirements and practice programs and so on.
