长三角海洋经济协作发展研究

Research on Cooperative Development of Marine Economy in Yangtze River Delta Region

国民经济和社会发展十三五规划首次将海洋经济列入,凸显了在当前经济增速放缓的大背景下,海洋经济成为新经济增长点的重要地位。长三角地区作为我国的三大海洋经济区之一面临着重大发展机遇和挑战。长期以来长三角海洋经济存在着发展水平不均衡,协作层次不高,产业同构等问题,阻碍了区域海洋经济一体化进程。文章通过对长三角海洋经济发展现状的分析,进一步论述长三角海洋经济协作发展的必然性和可行性,并提出了针对性的对策和建议,实现长三角地区海洋经济协调有序发展。

The marine economy was firstly enrolled into China＇s Thirteenth Five-Year Plan, which highlights that marine economy has become a new growth engine and plays an important role under the condition of slow growth rate of the current economy. As one of the three major marine economic zones in China, the Yangtze River Delta Region faces significant development opportunities and challenges. Over time, the existed problems such as unbalanced development level, low cooperation level, industry isomorphism and so on have hindered the integration process of regional marine economy.Through analyzing the developing status of marine economy in Yangtze River Delta Region, the necessity and feasibility on Yangtze River Delta marine economic cooperative development is further discussed, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are also proposed to achieve the coordinated orderly development of marine economy in Yangtze River Delta Region.
