在尊重法律文化整体性的基础上,基于全面提升法制宣传和法律文化认同度和生命力的立场,提出法律文化通俗演绎这个新的学术命题,构建了法律文化通俗演绎的基本理论框架,探讨了法律文化通过通俗演绎获得植根于大众文化的生命力的路径与方法,其要旨在于全面推进法治中国的建设。

On the basis of respect for the integrality of law culture,based on the comprehensive promotion of legal propaganda and legal cultural identity,as well as life standpoint,the paper puts forward the popular interpretation of legal culture,and constructs the basic theoretical framework of the popular interpretation of legal culture,and discusses how the law culture on the spiritual level can adapt to the level and need of the general public,in order to comprehensively promote the construction of＂China governed by law＂.
