摘要 高校师德建设既是高等教育发展中面临的实践问题,也是有待深入研究思考的理论问题。高校师德建设就其直接性而言,是对当前高校教师群体中存在的非道德行为的现实回应,而根本上则体现出关于高校师德建设的时代语境、本质规定和实施主体等基础性理论问题的理性思考,以及在此基础上深刻反思历史形成的师德建设的观念与实践。对于这些前提性问题进行正本清源式的澄明,能够为实际工作的深入开展提供坚实的学理支撑,进而从根本上提升高校师德建设的针对性与实效性。 The construction of teachersvirtues in college is not only apractical issue in the development of higher education,but also a theoretical issue to be further considered and studied.In terms of the directness in the construction of teachersvirtues in college,it is a realistic response to the current immoral behaviors carried out by college teachers.Basically,it reflects the rational thinking of the basic theoretical issues such as the context of times,essential regulation and subject of implementation of the construction of teachersvirtues in college,and its concept and practice,which were developed on the basis of the profound reflection of its history.The clarity of its radical reform of these prerequisite issues can help to provide a solid theoretical support for the practical work to be carried out deeply.Therefore,it helps to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of the construction of teachersvirtues in college fundamentally.
