教师职业道德水平的高低直接影响着学生的价值取向、教师的职业形象以及教育事业的健康发展。改革开放以来,党和政府十分重视高校师德建设,始终坚持正面引领与反面警示相结合、师德建设与教师职业活动相结合、教师自律与制度建设相结合,积累形成了一系列行之有效的经验做法,为进一步加强和改进新形势下高校师德建设工作、提升高校教师道德修养水平、推动高等教育事业科学、健康发展奠定了重要基础。

Teachersprofessional ethics have a direct effect on studentsvalue orientation,teachersprofessional image and the healthy development of education.Since Reform and Opening-up,The Communist Party of China and the government attach great importance to the construction of teachersmorality in colleges and universities.We combine the positive lead with the negative warning,combine ethics construction with occupational activities and combine teachersself-discipline with heteronomy.These effective experience and practice strengthen and improve the construction of teachersmorality under the new situation,raise the level of teachersmoral cultivation and have laid an important foundation for the scientific and healthy development of higher education.
