摘要
教师职业道德水平的高低直接影响着学生的价值取向、教师的职业形象以及教育事业的健康发展。改革开放以来,党和政府十分重视高校师德建设,始终坚持正面引领与反面警示相结合、师德建设与教师职业活动相结合、教师自律与制度建设相结合,积累形成了一系列行之有效的经验做法,为进一步加强和改进新形势下高校师德建设工作、提升高校教师道德修养水平、推动高等教育事业科学、健康发展奠定了重要基础。
Teachersprofessional ethics have a direct effect on studentsvalue orientation,teachersprofessional image and the healthy development of education.Since Reform and Opening-up,The Communist Party of China and the government attach great importance to the construction of teachersmorality in colleges and universities.We combine the positive lead with the negative warning,combine ethics construction with occupational activities and combine teachersself-discipline with heteronomy.These effective experience and practice strengthen and improve the construction of teachersmorality under the new situation,raise the level of teachersmoral cultivation and have laid an important foundation for the scientific and healthy development of higher education.
