血清胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸与糖尿病性黄斑水肿的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清胱抑素C(Cys C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)性黄斑水肿的相关性。方法选择73例T2DM患者,按光学相干断层扫描术(OCT)分为两组,T2DM无黄斑水肿组及T2DM黄斑水肿组,另选口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)试验阴性健康者42例为对照组。记录各组年龄、病程、收缩压、舒张压、体重指数(BMI),检测各组空腹血糖(FBG)、肌酐(Cre)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)、Cys C、Hcy及24 h尿微量白蛋白,比较各组之间各指标的差异。结果 T2DM无黄斑水肿组、T2DM黄斑水肿组24 h尿微量白蛋白显著高于对照组(P<0.05),T2DM黄斑水肿组的Cys C、Hcy水平均高于T2DM无黄斑水肿组(P<0.05)。结论血清Cys C、Hcy升高与T2DM性黄斑水肿呈正相关,并可能是T2DM患者黄斑水肿的独立危险因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship of serum cystatin C(CysC) and homocysteine(Hcy) to type 2 diabetic (T2DM) macular edema.Methods Based on optical coherent tomography (OCT),73 T2DM cases were dived into no macular ede-ma group and macular edema group.42 healthy cases with oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT) negative were chose as control group. Age,disease course,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and body mass index were calculated.Indicators included fasting blood-glu-cose (FBG),creatinine (Cre),cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc),CysC,Hcy and urine trace albumin of 24 hours were tested.1 Results Urine trace albumin of 24 hours in no macular edema group and macular edema group were significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05). CysC and Hcy in macular edema group were significantly higher than no macular edema group (P〈0.05).Conclusion Elevated serum CysC and Hcy were positively correlated with T2DM macular edema,which may be independent risk factors for the develop-ment of T2DM macular edema.
