微创股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折疗效分析

Analysis of The Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Femoral Head Replacement Treatment of Femoral Neck Fracture in Eldly Patients

目的：研究微创小切口双极人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月至2015年7月入院的高龄（≥75岁）股骨颈骨折病人32例，采用微创小切口双极人工股骨头置换术进行治疗。结果32例患者均获随访，随访时间5～40个月，平均23个月。疗效按Harris评分进行评价，结果优24例，良5例，中3例，差0例，优良率90.63%。结论对于高龄股骨颈骨折病人采用微创双极人工股骨头置换术治疗能明显降低手术风险，具有损伤小、术后恢复快，在此类人群中值得推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical effects of minimally invasive incision bipolar artificial femoral head replacement treatment of femoral neck fracture in the elderly patients.Methods From March 2010 to July 2015,32 cases of femoral neck frac-ture in elderly patients（≥75 years） were treated by minimally invasive incision bipolar artificial femoral head replacement.Results All the cases were followed-up for an average of 18 months,the follow-up time ranged from 5 to 40 months.The clinical results of hip joint function were evaluated according to Harris score evaluation.The results were excellent in 24 cases,good in 5 cases,fair in 3 cases,poor in 0 cases,the excellent and good rate was 90.63%.Conclusion The elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were treated by minimally invasive incision bipolar artificial femoral head replacement,shows the advantage in significantly reduce the operation risk,with less injury,rapid postoperative recovery,it is worthy to be popularized.
