门急诊中加温密闭输液式清洁灌肠的应用效果研究

Study on the Application Effect of Airtight Infusion Heating Cleaning Enema in Emergency Department

目的研究门急诊中加温密闭输液式清洁灌肠的应用效果。方法随机抽取本院门急诊收治的76例患者纳入研究,以对照试验法将其分为各组均为38例的研究组和对照组,研究组采用加温密闭输液式清洁灌肠,对照组采用传统清洁灌肠法,观察和比较两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组灌肠液保留时间显著长于对照组,肠腔清洁度优良率和舒适度优良率也明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论门急诊中应用加温密闭输液式清洁灌肠,可获得较为理想的效果,值得应用于临床。

Objective To study the application effect of warm closed infusion type cleaning enema.Methods Rando mLy se-lected from the outpatient emergency were 76 cases of patients enrolled in a study to test method of control for each group were 38 cases of the study group and the control group,research group used heating closed infusion cleaning enema,the control group using the traditional cleaning enema method and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared between two groups. Results Retention time of retention time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group,the excellent and good rate of intestinal cavity cleanliness was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,which was statistically sig-nificant.Conclusion The application of heating closed infusion type cleaning enema in the emergency department can obtain the ideal effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
