针药结合治疗子宫发育不良个案分析

月经迟潮、稀少为子宫发育不良的重要临床表现,西医的人工周期法不能从根本上调理子宫的生长发育,治疗效果不理想,针灸结合中药治疗可调整下丘脑-垂体-卵巢-子宫轴的各反馈环节,利用针灸疏通经络的外治功能再合补肾养血汤对机体内部脏腑调理的方式取得满意效果,本文采用针药结合成功治愈1例子宫发育不良导致的月经稀少症。
