神经元特异性烯醇化酶和血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白及兴奋性氨基酸水平与中毒性脑病患者脑损伤程度相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation between the brain injury in patients with toxic encephalopathy and neuron specific enolase, serum glial fibers acidic protein and excitatory amino acids

摘要 目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)和血清胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平与中毒性脑病患者脑损伤程度相关性。方法选取2013年12月至2014年12月收治的70例中毒性脑病患者(中毒性脑病组)及30例同期住院无神经系统疾病患者(对照组)为研究对象,对比观察两组患者的血清NSE、GFAP及其EAA。结果中毒性脑病组血清NSE、GFAP及其EAA水平显著高于对照组,重型患者最为明显(P〈0.05)。患者NSE、GFAP和EAA水平与中毒性脑病患者脑损伤程度呈正相关(r=0.042,0.038,0.030,P〈0.05)。结论血清NSE、GFAP及其EAA含量与中毒性脑病患者脑损伤程度有关,脑损伤程度越重,其血清中NSE、GFAP及EAA含量越高。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the brain injury in patients with toxic encephalopathy and neuron specific enolase (NSE) , serum glial fibers acidic protein (GFAP) and excitatory amino acids(EAA). Methods From December 2013 to December 2014, 70 cases of toxic encephalopathy( toxic encephalopathy group) and 30 patients without nervous system disease (control group) were selected as the research objects. The serum levels of NSE, GFAP, and EAA of the two groups were compared. Results The serum levels of NSE, GFAP, and EAA of the toxic encephalopathy group patients were higher than those of the control group, those indexes in severe patient were most obvi- ous (P 〈 0. 05 ). The brain injury in patients with toxic encephalopathy was positively correlated with NSE, GFAP and EAA(r =0. 042; 0. 038, 0. 030, P 〈0. 05). Conclusions The serum levels of NSE and GFAP and EAA are correlated with the brain injury degree in patients with toxic encephalopathy, the heavier of the degree of brain injury, the higher of the serum NSE, GFAP and EAA contents.
