摘要 本文首先介绍了国际上燃煤PM_(2.5)和Hg控制技术的发展现状,凸显了湿式静电除尘和低低温静电除尘技术在满足我国燃煤颗粒物超低排放需求中的重要作用,并指出单质汞(Hg0)的高效氧化和气态汞的强化吸附是最主要的燃煤Hg排放控制途径;其次,详细分析了现有燃煤PM_(2.5)和Hg控制技术应用中存在的问题,并指出了未来燃煤PM_(2.5)和Hg控制技术的发展方向;最后,介绍了国家在燃煤PM_(2.5)和Hg控制技术发展方面的布局,强调了国家重点研发计划项目"燃煤PM_(2.5)及Hg控制技术"(编号:2016YFB0600600)在应对燃煤电厂超低排放需求中的重要地位。 This paper firstly introduces the current status of PM2.5 and Hg control technologies applied in coal-based power plants around the world. It highlights the importance of wet electrostatic precipitators (WESP) and low-low temperature electrostatic precipitators (LLT-ESP) in meeting the needs for ultra- low emissions of coal-derived particulate matters. High-efficient oxidation of Hg and enhanced adsorption of gaseous Hg are concluded to be two major ways to control Hg from coal combustion. Secondly,this pa- per examines in detail the issues related to the application of PM2.5 and Hg control technologies in real coal- fired power plants. It also points out the directions of the development of PM2.5 and Hg control technolo- gies. Lastly,an introduction of the nation's development strategy of PM2.5 and Hg control technologies is provided,and the importance of the project titled Control Technologies of PM2.5 and Hg from Coal Combustion (No. 2016YFB0600600) supported by the National Key Research and Development Program of China is emphasized.
