摘要
为了降低燃气轮机维修成本,本文介绍了燃气轮机相关部件寿命预测计算方法,提出了维修决策关键参数,并在此基础上建立了重型燃气轮机状态维修决策模型;设计了维修决策系统的后台计算服务器端和WEB服务器端的结构和实现框架;基于B/S架构模式,设计并开发了燃气轮机关键部件的状态维修决策系统。实际应用结果表明,该系统可为燃气轮机的状态维修提供更经济有效的决策,且系统运行稳定。
Currently, the maintenance technology of gas turbine is monopolized by foreign companies, and the life cycle maintenance cost of power generation equipments is very expensive (17.8 times of the pur- chase cost). To reduce the maintenance cost for gas turbine,this paper designed a novel gas turbine mainte- nance decision system and introduced a calculation method for predicting the life cycle of relevant parts of the gas turbine. Moreover, the maintenance decision-making key parameters were proposed. On this basis, the heavy-duty gas turbine maintenance decision-making model was established. Then, the structure and implementation framework of background calculation server and WEB server of the maintenance decision- making system was designed. Finally,based on B/S structure model,the preventative maintenance decision system for gas turbine was developed. The field application verified this system can provide more efficient decision for the gas turbine's maintenance decision,and the system operated stably.
