摘要
针对华能铜川电厂600MW机组静叶可调式(静调)轴流风机失速问题,进行了引风机热态试验,通过对比试验数据,发现引风机除失速问题外,还存在运行效率低、电耗高等问题。基于此,提出了2种合理的解决方案:静调改造方案和动调改造方案,对比了2种方案的改造效果,并选择动调方案进行了实施。结果表明,针对该电厂运行状况而言,动调改造方案不但解决了风机失速问题,而且更为节能,运行安全性也更高。本研究为降低大型发电机组风机厂用电率、提高其运行安全性提供了一种新思路。
The stall reason of induced draft fans with adjustable stator blades in a 600 MW generator unit of Tongchuan Power Plant was investigated. By comparing the test data of fans,it was found that the induced draft fans were inefficient and of high power consumption besides the stall problem. Considering the above conditions of the induced draft fans, two reasonable transformation schemes were proposed to reduce the power consumption rate and improve the security of the induced draft fans, the adjustable stator blade scheme and the adjustable rotor blade scheme. Moreover,the transformation effects of these two schemes were compared and the adjustable rotor blade scheme was chosen to carry out retrofitting on the unit. The results show that,the adjustable rotor blade scheme is much better. The work in this study has very impor- tant significance and also provides practicable ways for energy-saving and cost-reducing of power plants.
