广州城市物流体系发展现状与对策分析

An Analysis of the Status Quo of Guangzhou's Urban Logistic System and Countermeasures

广州是我国珠江三角洲经济区最为重要的中心城市和交通枢纽,物流产业发展的基础积累雄厚。但随着经济全球化和我国城镇化进程的不断推进,城市规模逐渐扩大,产业密度与人口密度快速高,城市物流体系仍然面临诸多挑战。分析认为促进广州现代物流的快速发展,应采取的对策:一是促进物流人才培育模式改革,提高城市物流体系的人力资源综合素质。二是抓大扶强,整合资源,支持本地物流龙头企业。三是建设先进的物流信息平台,促进城市物流信息化智慧化水平。四是积极引进知名物流企业,吸收先进经验。五是加大政府对城市物流的政策扶持力度,促进广州城市物流系统可持续发展。

The economic and transportation hub of Pearl River Delta, Guangzhou proved hospitable to the growth of the logistics industry. Yet vast numbers of challenges are confronting the logistic system of the city, for its density of population and industry are rapidly rising in parallel with the ever increasing economic globalization and urbanization in China. Currently, analysis indicates that the following countermeasures are thus urgently called for：First,accelerate the reform of personnel training system to ameliorate the overall quality of the relevant human resources of the city.Second,the government to marshal multiple resources together and step up financial and administrative support for local leading enterprises in the field.Third,establish up-to-date logistical IT platforms to boost the level of informatization of the industry.Fourth,introduce into the region globally renowned corporations run with new management expertise to be drawn on.Fifth,the government to formulate more policies conducive to the sustainable advancement of the local logistic systems.
