福建省药品流通追溯体系建设研究

目的:构建福建省药品流通追溯体系。方法:文献阅读法。结果:虽然福建省取得药品需求较大,产品趋向多元化、结构调整较快,品牌竞争力增强、电商发展迅速,业务渠道新型化等成就,但是仍存在药品流通效率低下、市场准入标准低、假冒伪劣产品盛行等问题。对策:通过对以上及福建省药品追溯体系建设可行性研究,建议采取出台药品追溯的政策法规;建设统一高效的追溯平台;创建科学合理的监管体系;走企业主导政府扶持道路;建立多元化投资建设机制;采取第三方认证监管理念;创新药品知识的推广方式等措施,探索福建省药品溯源体系建设的有效方法。

This paper aims to provide some effective methods to construct Fujian medicines traceability system.Through the literature reading method, this paper found that although Fujian Privince has made some achievements, such as greater demands of drug, more diversification of products, faster restructuring, greater brand competitiveness, more rapid development of electronic business and newer business channels, there are still some problems, such as low efficiency of drug distribution, low standards of market access, and prevalence of fake and shoddy products and other issues. Based on the above study on Fujian medicines traceability system construction feasibility, this paper put forward the following strategies： promulgate policies and regulations about medicines traceability; construct a unified and efficient traceability platform; create a scientific and rational regulatory system; take the business-led government support road; establish a diversified investment building mechanisms;take the third-party certification regulatory philosophy; creat ways to promote knowledge of drugs and other measures and exlpore an effective way to establish medicines traceability system in Fujian.
