冷冻球囊导管消融治疗阵发性房颤15例手术期护理 被引量：4

摘要 阵发性房颤是一种较常见的心律失常,传统的非药物治疗房颤手段主要是导管射频消融,此方法效果确切,但并发症的发生比例也居高不下。2012年,阜外医院率先开展了冷冻消融技术（cryoballoon catheter ablation,CBCA）,其原理是通过低温制冷,造成靶组织的细胞冻伤、坏死,从而达到消融心律失常基质的目的。
