带菌免疫是指机体对病原体的免疫力依赖于病原体存在的一种免疫状态。已经证实结核存在带菌免疫现象。本文试从结核的带菌免疫现象和已有麻风参考文献推断麻风带菌免疫现象的存在,为麻风研究提供新的思路。

Infection immunity refers to a immune state in which the body＇s immunity against pathogens de- pends on persisting pathogens .It has been proved that infection immunity exists in tuberculosis. This review tries to deduce the existing of infection immunity in leprosy from infection immunity of tuberculosis and published papers about leprosy to prove the infection immunity of leprosy in order to provide a new idea for leprosy research.
