夏季淋浴对不同年龄西门塔尔种公牛精液品质的影响

The Effect of Summer Shower on Semen Quality of Different Age in Simmental Bulls

为研究新疆地区夏季淋浴对不同年龄西门塔尔种公牛精液品质的影响,本试验在5、6、7月份选取60头、2~9岁正常采精的西门塔尔种公牛,按年龄分为三个阶段,每个年龄段分为试验组（采取淋浴措施）和对照组（不采取淋浴措施）。结果显示,在夏季高温季节,随着种公牛年龄的增长,西门塔尔种公牛的单次采精量逐渐增加,原精密度不断下降,原精活力无显著变化。采取淋浴措施后,单次采精量无显著变化,原精活力和密度均显著增加。试验显示,在新疆地区夏季淋浴可以提升西门塔尔种公牛的生产性能,有效防控热应激对种公牛生产性能的影响。

An experiment was conducted to study the effects of summer shower on semen quality of Simmental bulls in Xinjiang area.This experiment selects 60 Simmental bulls with 2~9 year old,in May,June,July of Xinjiang.According to the age,the bulls were divided into three stages,each stage was divided into trial group（take a shower） and control group（don＇t take a shower）.Results showed that with age increasing,single ejaculate volume of simmental bulls increased gradually,the density of the original semen was decreased,no significant changes were found in the original semenvitality.After taking a shower,a single ejaculate volume did not change significantly,both the vitality and the density of the original semen were significantly increased.In summer shower can enhance the production performance of Simmental bulls in Xinjiang,effectively prevent and control of heat stress on the production of bulls.
