慢性泪囊炎鼻腔置管治疗临床研究

Clinical studies of catheter therapy on chronic dacryocystitis nasal

目的探讨慢性泪囊炎泪囊鼻腔置管术的临床疗效。方法选择2014年6月至2015年12月上海市奉贤区中医医院收治的60例慢性泪囊炎患者,对60例(60眼)患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例(30眼),治疗组采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔置管术,对照组采用鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造瘘术,观察术后6个月内无溢泪,冲洗泪道通风管是否通畅,鼻腔清洁时间。结果术后鼻腔清结时间:治疗组为(9.10±1.12)d,对照组为(9.67±0.88)d,差异有统计学(P<0.05);两组有效率均为100%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),无1例手术并发症。结论鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔置管术,同样达到治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果,同时具有操作简便、微创、疗效可靠、不破坏泪囊解剖结构之优势。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of chronic dacryocystitis treated by nasal catheter. Methods Totally 60 patients with chronic dacryocystitis admitted in Fengxian District of shanghai from June 2014 to December 2015, 60 cases （60 eyes） were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group 30 cases （ 30 eyes） , the treatment group treated by nasal catheter, control group adopts the lacrimal sac nasal endoscopic colosto- my, folloved up 6 months after surgery, no tears, flushing of lacrimal duet ventilation tube whether unobstructed, nasal cavity cleaning time. Results Postoperative nasal dry time ： the treatment group was （ 9. 10 ± 1.12 ） days , the control group was （9.67 ±0. 88）days, the difference was statistically （P 〈0.05） ; Two groups effectiveness was 100%, there was no statistically significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , no case with surgical complications. Condusion The endoscop- ic nasal catheter in the treatment of chronic daeryoeystitis has curative effect, minimally invasive, reliable curative effect, do not destroy the lacrimal sac and anatomical structure.
