输尿管软硬镜联合钬激光同期治疗双侧输尿管结石临床研究

Clinical research of flexible with rigid ureteroscopy and holmium laser lithotripsy treat bilateral ureteral calculi in same period

目的探讨输尿管软硬镜联合钬激光同期治疗双侧输尿管结石的临床效果。方法抽取98例双侧输尿管结石患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各49例,对照组采用输尿管硬镜钬激光碎石治疗,观察组采用输尿管软硬镜联合钬激光同期碎石治疗,对比两组患者结石清除效果、不良反应发生率和住院时间。结果观察组患者的结石清除率为89.80%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间明显较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软硬镜联合钬激光同期治疗最大径≤20mm双侧输尿管结石的结石清除效果较彻底,一次性手术的双侧输尿管结石清除率高,并发症发生率低,康复效果好,值得广泛应用于临床。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of flexible with rigid ureteroscopy and Holmium laser lithotripsy treated bilateral ureteral calculi in the same period. Methods From July 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital urology clinic of 98 cases of bilateral ureteral calculi patients as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 49 cases in each group, control group adopts rigid ureteroscopy and Holmium laser lithotripsy treatment, observation group adopts flexible with rigid ureteroscopy and Holmium laser lithotripsy in the same period, compared two groups of patients with calculi remove effect, the incidence of adverse reactions and the length of hospital stay. Results The observation group of patients with stone removal effect is obviously better than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the difference was statistically significant. Observation group of patients with shorter hospitalization time obviously than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the difference was statistically sig- nificant. Conclusion The flexible with rigid ureteroseopy and Holmium laser lithotripsy in the same period therapy of maximum diameter of 20 mm or less bilateral ureteral calculi stone removal effect is complete, a one - time surgery of bi- lateral ureteral calculi clearance rate is higher, the lower incidence of complications, recovery＂ effect is good, is worth widely used in clinical.
