后牙区种植义齿边缘骨吸收的相关因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨影响后牙种植义齿边缘骨吸收的相关因素。方法选择2012年1月至2014年6月在郑州市中心医院口腔科行后牙区种植单冠修复的172例患者,共183颗ITI种植体,观察患者年龄、种植体长度、直径、位置、种植修复体冠根比例(CRR)及慢性牙周炎病史等因素对种植体周围边缘骨吸收的影响。结果对患者随访1-3年,种植体总生存率为100%;种植修复体CRR的平均值为(1.05±0.18)。在修复后第1年,MBL值显著高于其他时间段测量值,P〈0.05;慢性牙周炎病史患者的MBL值相对较高,具有统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论种植义齿修复后一年内MBL显著,慢性牙周炎病史与MBL之间存在一定关联。 Objective To investigate the related factors affecting the posterior implant marginal bone resorption. Meth- ods From January 2012 to June 2014 for 172 cases of single posterior implant crowns patients in Zhengzhou Central Hospital, the total of 183 ITI implants. The effects of age, implant length, diameter, position, crown root ratio (CRR) and chronic periodontitis history on the marginal bone resorption (MBL) around the implants were investigated. Results All patients were followed up for 1 -3 years, the total planting survival rate was 100%. The average value of implant CRR was (1.05 -0. 18). In the first l year, the MBL value was significantly higher than other time periods, P 〈 0. 05. There was a relatively high MBL value in patients with chronic periodontitis, with statistical differences, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion There was a certain association between chronic periodontitis and MBL. The MBL was significant in one year after implant denture restoration
