人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果分析

Clinical effects of combined artificial tear gel with diclofenac sodium eye drops in treatment of dry eye drops

目的探讨人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症患者的临床效果，评价临床价值。方法对2013年11月-2015年11月收治的84例干眼症患者，随机分为观察组（42例，采用人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液治疗），对照组（42例，单用人工泪液凝胶治疗），对比两组的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的角膜荧光素染色评分、泪液分泌实验时间、泪膜破裂时间分别为（n86±0．35）分、（13．42±1．57）min、（11．84±1．05）s，均优于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组治疗总有效率为95．2％（40／42），对照组为73．8％（31／42），比较两组问数据差异显著（X^2=7．37，P〈0．05）。结论对干眼症患者应用人工泪液凝胶联合双氯芬酸钠滴眼液进行治疗，效果良好，值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial tear gel combined with diclofenac eye drops in treat- ment of dry eye, to evaluate its worth. Methods The hospital in November 2013 - November 2015 were treated 84 ca- ses of dry eye patients were randomly divided into observation group （42 cases, the use of artificial tears gel combined with diclofenac eye drops treatment）, control group （42 cases, single -use artificial tear gel treatment）, compared to the clini- cal efficacy of the two groups. Results The treatment after corneal fluorescein staining score, Schirmer test time, tear film break - up time was （0. 86 ± 0. 35） points, （ 13.42 ± 1.57） rain, （11.84 ± 1.05） s, are better than those of the con- trol group （P 〈0. 05） ; Observation group total effective rate was 95.2% （40/42）, the control group was 73.8% （31/ 42）, comparative data were significantly different between the two groups （X^2 = 7. 37, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Dry eye patients using artificial tears gel combined with diclofenac eye drops for treatment with good effect, it is worth promoting.
