排卵障碍性不孕症中西医结合治疗临床观察

Clinical observation of combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ovulation obstructive infertility

目的观察排卵障碍性不孕症中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月至2015年12月在商丘商电铝业集团职工医院收治的排卵障碍性不孕症患者78例,根据治疗药物的不同随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组39例患者。对照组患者使用西医疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加上中医治疗。结果两组患者月经、黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素和雌二醇均较治疗前有明显改善,但观察组的改善情况优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合的方法在排卵障碍性不孕症治疗中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者月经及排卵情况。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ovulation obstructive infertility. Methods Between January 2012 and December 2012 in our hospital 78 cases of patients with ovulation obstruetive infertility, according to the different treatments were randomly divided into observation group and control group in the two groups, each group of 39 patients. Control group patients with western medicine therapy treatment, combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of observation group in the eontrol group. Results Two groups of patients with menstruation, luteinizing hormone and follicle - stimulating hormone and estradiol were obviously improved compared with before treatment, but the improvement of the observation group is better than the control group patients, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Using the method of combi- ning traditional Chinese and western medicine in the application of ovulation obstructive infertility treatment effect is re- markable, which can effectively improve patient menstruation and ovulation.
