湿润烧伤膏联合局部氧气吹拂治疗小儿间擦疹临床应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究美宝湿润烧伤膏外涂联合高流量氧气局部吹拂治疗小儿间擦疹临床效果。方法收治的70例间擦疹患儿随机分为2组,分别进行美宝湿润烧伤膏治疗(对照组,n=35)、美宝联合高流量氧气局部吹拂治疗(实验组,n=35);观察治疗,根据治愈所需治疗时间评价治疗效果。结果实验组治愈所需治疗时间明显少于对照组,经统计学卡方检验,P<0.05,具统计学意义。结论美宝联合高流量氧气局部吹拂有利于间擦疹消退,明显优于美宝湿润烧伤膏单用治疗。
