2013—2015年晋江市手足口病疫情监测调查研究

Investigation on epidemic situation of hand-foot-mouth disease in Jinjiang from 2013 to 2015

目的分析晋江市2013—2015年手足口病流行特征,探讨其流行规律,为防控策略提供科学依据。方法利用《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》中晋江市2013—2015年手足口病报告病例信息及晋江统计年鉴,应用SPSS16.0软件,对3年间手足口病的三间分布进行描述分析,计算发病率、重症率及实验室确诊病例病毒分型构成等指标。结果2013—2015年晋江市手足口病年均发病率为260.23/10万,重症率0.25‰,无死亡病例;发病高峰在5—7月;散居儿童占79.37%,幼托儿童占18.00%;0~5岁组报告病例占95.12%;268例实验室检测阳性病例中,肠道病毒71型感染占28.73%。结论晋江市手足口病在夏季高发,冬春季也可出现流行,位于城乡结合部及市区的镇和（或）街道发病数较多,散居儿童占总发病数的比重大。社区、学校、幼托机构、游乐场所等地方是手足口病防治知识宣传工作的重点。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-and mouth disease（HFMD）in Jinjiang City during 2013-2015, and to provide scientific evidence for formulating the more efficient prevention and control tactics. MethodsThe descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the case information of HFMD in Jinjiang city during 2013-2015, which was collected from Disease surveillance reporting information system and Statistical Yearbook of Jinjiang, to understand its incidence rate, case severity rate（CSR） case fatality rate（CFR） and pathogen constituent, using SPSS16.0 software. Results During 2013 to 2015, the average incidence rate of HFMD in Jinjiang city was 260.23/100 000, the CS R was 0.25‰. The cases mainly concentrated in May to July. Scattered children accounted for 79.37%, kindergarten children accounted for 18.00% and the children under 5 years old accounted for 95.13%. 268 cases were laboratory confirmed, of which caused by enterovirus 71（EV71） accounted for 28.73%. Conclusions HFMD mainly occurred during summer in Jinjiang City. Most cases were reported in suburbs and urban areas. Cases were mainly seen in scattered children. The key places for the prevention and control of HFMD is the community, schools, kindergartens institutions and playgrounds, etc.
