China's Fruit Market in the First Three Quarters of 2016 and Its Prospect

2016年前3季度,中国水果市场供给总体充足,整体价格遵循季节性波动规律,不同品种间存在差异;后期水果消费需求扩大,同时梨果类和柑橘类水果进入上市旺季,供给和需求在短期内均将呈现上升态势,水果整体价格将基本按照季节性变化规律小幅上行。2016年1—8月,中国水果及其制品总出口同比大幅增加,鲜果、果汁出口量额均增加,水果及其制品总进口缩减。后期由于苹果、梨、柑橘等中国出口优势水果的市场供给增加,鲜果出口有望继续扩大;由于国内水果供给相对充足,水果及其制品进口或将有所缩减,出口形势向好。

In the first three quarters of 2016, China＇s fruit supply was adequate in general. The whole price of fruit followed the rules of seasonal fluctuations, while the prices changed differently in different varieties of fruits. The supply and demand of the domestic fruit market in the short term will rise because of fruit consumption demand expanding, and pome fruits and citrus fruits entering into the market in succession, the whole price of fruit will rise slightly. In Jan-Aug 2016, the general exports of China＇s fruit and its products increased significantly higher than the same period of last year, as for fresh fruit and fruit juice, the trade volume increased and the price rose, and the general imports of fruit and its products reduced. Looking forward to the future, due to the increasing market supply of China＇s advantage exported fruits, such as apple, pear and orange,the exports of fresh fruit will increase; the imports of fruit and its products will reduce due to the adequate domestic market supply, and the export situation will be optimistic.
