曲美他嗪在老年慢性心力衰竭患者中的临床应用

Clinical application of trimetazidine in senile chronic heart failure patients

目的探讨曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 90例老年慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。两组均给予常规药物治疗,在此基础上治疗组加服曲美他嗪。治疗6个月后,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)及药物不良反应等。结果治疗6个月后,治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为63.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组LVEDD、LVEF比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组LVEDD、LVEF均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果显著,可以有效改善患者的心功能,降低不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effect and safety by trimetazidine in the treatment of senile chronic heart failure（CHF）. Methods A total of 90 senile chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional drug therapy, and the treatment group received additional trimetazidine. After 6 months of treatment, observation was made on clinical effects, left ventricular end-diastolic dimension（LVEDD）, left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and adverse drug reactions between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the treatment group had total effective rate as 86.7%, which was 63.7% in the control group. The difference had statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference of LVEDD and LVEF before treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the treatment group had all better LVEDD and LVEF than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine shows precisely clinical effect in treating senile chronic heart failure. It can effectively improve cardiac function and reduce adverse reactions in patients, and it is worth clinical promotion.
