实践证明，需要改变医院船的结构，以节省伤者和病者的转移时间，以减少二次伤害。为了改善检伤分类质量，需要更多的医护人员应补充到检伤分类区，医生与护士的比例为1：1至1：2。根据战伤分类的原则，伤者和病者应尽快分为4个等级，并任命不同专科的专家到不同等级病患所在的区域。

Practice shows that the structure of hospital ship should be reformed to save time for transfer of the wounded and the sick so as to reduce the secondary victimization. In order to improve the triage, more medical workerts, at the proportion of doctors to nurses as 1：1 to 1：2, should be supplemented to the triage ares. According to the priniciple of triage of war wound the wounded and the sick should be divided into 4 grades as soon as possible. Specialists of different professions are to be appointed into ythe triage area.
