摘要 目的探索信息时代下急诊教学的新方式、新方法。方法2015年1月~2015年10月解放军总医院急诊科利用“扁鹊飞救”远程系统探索信息化大数据时代条件下新型急救青年人才的培养,建立远程教学中心;利用解放军总医院专科在线平台(www.3010online.com)开展远程教学,与海南、贵州等访远山区连线,与50多家医院建立联系,义务送温暖,送知识,送技能。结果通过“扁鹊飞救”远程系统列急救人员培训,解放军总医院胸痛中心急诊冠脉介入治疗的球囊开通时间(D2B)由“扁鹊飞救”使用前平均138min减少到使用后平均78min,低于国际统一标准90min。结论远程系统在急救人才的培养以及在急救知识的更新与推广中作出了有益的探索,取得了理想的效果,值得在全国范围内推广。 Objective To explore the new teaching methods in emergency medicine in the mordern information age. Method The emergency department of PLA General Hospital explored the training method of young talents in emergency medicine under the condition of large data age by using "Bian Que Fei Jiu" remote system from January 2015 to October 2015. We make full use of the PLA General Hospital specialist online platform (www.301online.com) to carry out distance learning, and build relationship with Hainan, Guizhou and other remote mountainous areas to send warmth, send knowledge and skills. Results The time of balloon opening (D2B) was shortened from 138 minutesto 78 minutes by using "Bian Que Fei Jiu" remote system below the international uniform standards of 90 minutes. Conclusion The remote system has made a beneficial exploration in the cultivation of first aid talents and the renewal and popularization of first aid knowledge, which has achieved the desired effect and is worth to be promoted nationwide.
