甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果

The clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月至2015年11月大石桥市中心医院收治的89例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方式将其分为甘精胰岛素组(44例)和联合用药组(45例),比较两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合用药组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc)均明显低于甘精胰岛素组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);联合用药组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于甘精胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.415,P<0.05);治疗后,联合用药组患者生理领域、心理领域、独立性领域、社会关系领域、环境领域、精神支柱评分均明显高于甘精胰岛素组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);联合用药组患者治疗总满意明显高于甘精胰岛素组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病临床效果显著,能够有效控制血糖水平,降低不良反应发生风险,改善患者生命质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin glargine combined with glimepiride in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 89 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from May 2013 to November 2015 in Dashiqiao Central Hospital were as the research object,according to the treatment methods can be divided into insulin glargine group（44 cases） and combination group（45 cases）,the treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,fasting blood sugar,combined treatment group after 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb Alc） were significantly lower than those in the insulin glargine group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;adverse reactions in combined treatment group patients was significantly lower than that in the insulin glargine group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=8.415,P0.05）;after the treatment,the combination group in the fields of physical and psychological,independence,social relationship,environmental field, spiritual support scores were significantly higher than that of the insulin glargine group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;combined treatment group were treated with total satisfaction was significantly higher than that of glargine the insulin group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Insulin glargine combined with glimepiride significantly therapeutic effect for the treatment of type 2 diabetes,can effectively control the blood glucose level,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life for patients.
