彩叶风箱果优良个体及抗寒无性系的选择 被引量:2

摘要 通过对紫叶风箱果和金叶风箱果三个种源优树(母本)与种源地实生风箱果优树(父本)进行品种间杂交,进行混合采种和播种,应用地径为限定指标对播种苗进行筛选,选择出地径粗壮、生长优良的1年生彩叶风箱果超级苗优良个体38个作为初选候选树,以彩叶风箱果优良个体为试材进行扦插无性扩繁,营建彩叶风箱果无性系测定林。然后应用田间越冬抗寒指标筛选法,即以平均冻梢长度,冻害率及冻害指数为最终指标进行抗寒彩叶风箱果无性系的选择。结果显示,共计筛选抗寒彩叶风箱果无性系19个,其中抗寒紫叶风箱果无性系11个,抗寒金叶风箱果无性系8个。 Preliminary studies on intervarietal crossing between Physocarpus amurensis and wild species.The seeds have been mixed collected and sowed. The 38 excellent-individuals have been found in one year old seedling, and the selection indicator was ground diameter. The clone of 38 excellent-individuals got through cutting. The clone have been selected through field wintering, and average frozen tip length, freezing injury rate and cold injury index were indicators. The results showed that 19 clone have been found in 38 clone. There are 11 clone of Physocarpus opulifolius. There are 8 clone of Physocarpus opulifolius var.luteus.
