外源性高脂血症模型兔的制备

Preparation of Exogenous Hyperlipidemic Rabbits Model

本试验采用饲喂试验兔高脂饲料的方法制备高脂血症动物模型,其目的在于探索兔外源性高脂血症模型的制作方法。试验结果显示:模型组兔在饲喂高脂饲料后出现精神萎靡、被毛蓬乱、粪便稀湿等现象;模型组兔的肝脏指数明显升高,与空白组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);模型组兔血清中的胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均显著升高,与空白组相比差异极显著(P<0.01)。说明饲喂试验兔高脂饲粮能够制作外源性高脂血症动物模型。

In this experiment, the test rabbit was fed high-fat diet to prepare an animal model of hyperlipid-emia, its purpose is to explore the preparation method of exogenous hyperlipidemic rabbit model. The resultshowed that after fed high-fat diet, the rabbits of model group was appeared the phenomenon of apathetic, un-kempt hair, loose stools and wet, and the liver index of model group was significantly increased, compared withthe control group was extremely significant different（P〈0.01）. The serum cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） of model group were significantly higher increased, compared withthe control group was extremely significant different（P〈0.01）. These result showed that test rabbit was fedhigh-fat diet can prepare the animal model of exogenous hyperlipemia animal model.
