摘要
目的 :运用证素辨证分析半夏泻心汤、生姜泻心汤、甘草泻心汤的异同,明确三者的作用方向。方法 :收集前人对三泻心汤的论述,筛选相关症状,通过计算各症状对证素的贡献度的和,确定三者的病位证素和病性证素,得出证名。结果:半夏泻心汤的病位证素是脾、胃,病性证素是湿、气虚、气滞,生姜泻心汤病位证素是肝、脾、胃,病性证素是饮、气滞,甘草泻心汤的病位证素是胃、心神,病性证素是湿、热、气滞、阴虚。结论:三泻心汤病机不离气滞,但各有侧重,半夏泻心汤为基本方,生姜泻心汤最重气滞兼肝胃不和,甘草泻心汤侧重湿与虚热上扰。
Objective:Apply syndrome factors to analyze similarities and differences on the Pinellia Xiexin Tang,Ginger Xiexin Tang and Liquorice Xiexin Tang. Methods:To collect previous analysis of three Xiexin Tang and screen related symptoms,then calculate the contribution of symptoms and syndrome factors,finally,determine disease-bit elements and nature syndrome elements,and rename new syndromes. Results:Disease-bit elements of Pinellia Xiexin Tang are spleen and stomach,and nature syndrome elements are wet,Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation. Disease-bit elements of Ginger Xiexin Tang are liver,spleen and stomach,and nature syndrome elements are retained fluid and Qi stagnation. Disease-bit elements of Liquorice Xiexin Tang are stomach and mind,and nature syndrome elements are wet,heat,Qi stagnation and Yin deficiency. Conclusion:Pathogenesis of three Xiexin Tang is Qi stagnation,but they have different emphases. Pinellia Xiexin Tang is basic prescription. Ginger Xiexin Tang attaches importance to Qi stagnation and liver-stomach disharmony.Liquorice Xiexin Tang focuses on wet and virtual thermal disturbance.
