摘要
针对冷轧重卷机组拉伸矫直机上的重要保护装置气动式离合器经常损坏的实际问题,本文提出了一种液压式离合器的替代方案,探讨了液压式离合器的机械传动原理和液压控制原理,确定了液压离合器溢流阀调定压力与机组张力和实际生产钢板规格间的关系。该方案的现场实施对该机组的运行效率提升提供了技术保证。
To solve the practical problem of recoiler unit in cold rolling plant that gas dynamic clutch,the very important protection device, is often damaged, this paper put forward a kind of hydraulic clutch as an alternative. It also discusses the mechanical principle and the hydraulic control principle about the hydraulic clutch, and determines the relationship between setting pressure of the relief valve and unit tension and actual production specification for steel sheet, which provides the technical assurance to the efficiency of the unit.
