摘要
针对EC8发动机缸盖加工工艺系统刚性不足、阀座双层材料难加工所带来的切削刀片异常崩刃问题,从人、机、料、法、环五个方面分析问题产生的原因,通过优化30度阀座面双层材料的分界线尺寸、优化调刀方法、换刀频次等策略,实现EC8阀座加工崩刃率由808PPM降低为283PPM,降低了加工质量风险和生产成本,提高了生产效率,同时为同类型缸盖阀座加工提供了借鉴。
Insufficient to rigid EC8 engine cylinder head processing technology system and seat double material processing cutting blade abnormal collapse edge problem,from the people,machine,material,method,environment five aspects to analyze the causes of the problem.Through optimizating 30 degree seating face' s double material line size and tool adjusting method,tool change frequency etc strategy,implement EC8 seat cutting blade collapse edge rate PPM decreasing from 808 to 283 PPM,reduce the risk of processing quality and production cost,and provides reference for the same type cylinder head seat maching.
