摘要
阿尔茨海默症(AD)是常见的神经系统退行性病变,且发病机制尚不明确。其中,血管因素对阿尔茨海默症发病的影响受到越来越多的重视,使传统的Aβ学说不断得到补充和完善。许多常见心血管疾病将会通过多种机制,如脑内血液灌流减少,内皮细胞损伤,引起氧化应激反应等,最终导致神经元的损伤和认知功能的下降,为阿尔茨海默症发病机制的研究提供了新思路。本文将以高血压,高同型半胱氨酸血症,动脉粥样硬化等几种常见的心血管疾病为例,探讨其可能的相关机制。
Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a kind of common neurodegenerative diseases, but the pathogenesis is still unknown. More attention was paid to the impact of vascular factors to Alzheimer's disease, some kinds of cardiovascular diseases would give rise to the injury of brain vascular, for example, the decrease of blood perfusion, vascular endothelial cell damage and oxidative stress injury, and then the lesions in the brain would lead to the damage of neurons, even the decline of cognitive competence through many possible mechanism. In this review, we will discuss the possible mechanisms of AD, such as hypertension, hyperhomoeysteinemia and atheroselerosis.
