摘要
磁记忆检测技术在对铁磁性构件的应力集中和缺陷检测上具有独特的优势。针对游乐设施的运行特点和失效模式,研究了其疲劳损伤的形成过程、表面开口缺陷动态发展的磁记忆信号的变化规律和阶段性特征;分析并总结了静止状态下典型游乐设施宏观缺陷的磁记忆信号特征。结合案例介绍了游乐设施的磁记忆检测及评价流程。
Magnetic memory testing(MMT)technology has the unique advantages in ferromagnetic metal component on stress concentration and defect detection.According to the operation characteristics and failure mode of amusement equipment,the varying rules and the periodic characters of magnetic memory signal during the fatigue damage growing and surface crack dynamically propagating were investigated.The magnetic memory signal of different typical static defects was analyzed and the characters were summarized.The magnetic memory testing and evaluation process of amusement equipment are introduced by case analysis.
