摘要
通过用磁记忆方法检测不同形变状态的Q345钢的试件,获取了磁记忆信号曲线与形变状态的对应关系,并确定了屈服评价临界值。结合两个磁记忆检测案例,明确了磁记忆检测技术可以用于风电塔筒凹陷部位的检测及局部形变状态的评价。
The hollow always appears on the wind power tower during transporting and installing.The local yield deformation presented in the hollows is the main cause of the final failure of the tower.The relationship between the Magnetic memory testing(MMT)signal and the deformation state is obtained by experiment.The critical value of MMT signal to confirm the yield defamation is 6.Two case studies proved that the magnetic memory testing technology could be used for the detection of the hollow part of wind power tower and the evaluation of local deformation state.
