摘要
目的:分析免疫组织化学 SP 法测定原发性结直肠癌组织中人上皮特异性抗原(ESA)和 CD44蛋白表达的关系及临床病理意义。方法随机抽取2014年1月至2015年1月收治并确诊的结直肠癌患者42例作为研究对象,另选取同期收治的正常结直肠黏膜组织患者12例及伴不典型增生的结直肠腺瘤患者16例作为对照,采用免疫组织化学 SP 法检测患者的 ESA 和 CD44蛋白表达水平,分析其相关性。结果在结直肠癌中 ESA 和CD44的蛋白表达明显较正常黏膜组织高,较伴不典型增生的结直肠腺瘤高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);在结直肠癌组织中,CD44与病理分级、淋巴结转移及 Dukes 分期有关(P〈0.05);ESA 与年龄、病理分级、肿瘤浸润深度及Dukes 分期有关(P〈0.05);在结直肠癌中 ESA 与 CD44的蛋白表达呈正相关(r =0.553,P〈0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中 ESA 和 CD44蛋白均表达。
Objective To analyze the correlation of the expression of ESA and CD44 in primary colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance by immunohistochemical SP method. Methods From January 2014 to January 2015,42 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly selected as the research objects,and 12 cases of normal colorectal mucosa and 16 cases of atypical hyperplasia of colorectal ade-noma were selected as control at the same period. ESA and CD44 protein expression levels were detected by immunohistochemical SP method,and their correlation was analyzed. Results The protein expression of ESA and CD44 in colorectal carcinoma was higher than that in normal mucosa and colorectal adenoma with atypical hyperplasia,and the differences were significant(P〈 0. 05);In colorectal cancer,CD44 was correlated with pathologic grade,lymph node metastasis and Dukes stage(P〈 0. 05);ESA was cor-related with age,pathological grade,depth of tumor invasion and Dukes stage(P〈 0. 05);The protein expression of ESA and CD44 was positively correlated with the protein expression in colorectal cancer (r = 0. 553,P〈 0. 05). Conclusions The expression of ESA and CD44 protein in colorectal carcinoma tissues is significant.
