双氯芬酸钠联合间苯三酚等药物对治疗急性肾绞痛患者的影响

Effect of diclofenac sodium combined with phloroglucinol and other drugs on patients with acute renal colic

目的：探讨急性肾绞痛患者采用双氯芬酸钠联合间苯三酚等药物治疗的疗效。方法选取2013年12月至2015年12月收治的急性肾绞痛患者94例，随机分为两组，每组47例。对照组采用间苯三酚注射液联合黄体酮注射液治疗，观察组采用双氯芬酸钠联合间苯三酚注射液、黄体酮注射液治疗，对比两组治疗有效率、VAS评分、腹痛缓解时间和不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组治疗后 VAS 评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组腹痛缓解时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论急性肾绞痛患者采用双氯芬酸钠联合间苯三酚等药物治疗可明显提高疗效，减轻患者疼痛，缩短腹痛缓解时间，降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of diclofenac sodium combined with phlorogluci-nol and other drug treatment on acute renal colic. Methods Ninety-four patients with acute renal colic from December 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two groups,with 47 cases in each group. The control group was given phloroglucinol injection combined with progesterone injection treat-ment,and the observation group was given diclofenac sodium combined with phloroglucinol injection, progesterone injection therapy. The treatment efficiency,VAS score,abdominal pain relief time and ad-verse reaction rate were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was significant（P〈 0. 05）;the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（P〈 0. 05）;the abdominal pain relief time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈 0. 05）;the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Acute renal colic treated with diclofenac sodium combined with phloroglucinol and＆amp;nbsp;other drug treatment can significantly improve the efficacy,reduce pain,shorten abdominal pain time and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
